Whoo, it's the second day of spring break.

Hmm.
So I usually read my bible on weekdays, when I go to bed... and yesterday I went to bed late and was like UGH I don't wanna read. And then I started to talk to myself, but I guess it was more like thinking, it was like the cartoon where satan was on one shoulder and an angel on the other... So This was all inside my head...
nah, you don't need to read, it's late just go to sleep
but you've made it this far, why quit
and it continued like that for a while, atleast untill I finished washing my face. in the end I ended up going to my basement, getting my bible, which I left down there after reading on sunday, and then read for a little. I only read 4 chapters as opposed to my goal of 7.
Psalms is getting on my nerves. It's kinda repetitive.. And it seems like david is just paraphrasing what went on in the old testament [gene-numb] HOWEVER, it was kinda cool, the part I read in numbers that night was corresponding to the part in psalms.

What do you think of when you read? What is the purpose? I used to feel that way too. I read just for informational purposes, and since there was no new information, it seemed boring to me. But more and more, I began to relate to the verses that I read. It's like reading blogs... when i read yours and Shalom's blogs, its not really about the 'new' information that i get. When I hear about your struggles, and how God is helping you through them, I deeply relate and pray for you. When you are happy, I rejoice with you, when you're being weird, then I... um yeah... either way, I hope you're growing :D
Yeah, I guess lately I read without purpose. But more than once, like I've said, God shows me things when I just read to read. I think I'm getting to dependant on the spontaneous times my eyes are opened. Oh joe, I miss you (8
