GOD IS AMAZING, and He is trully a Master at timing. So, Joe and I were talking about the bible and me needing to find things more on my own, instead of just asking everyone for verses and such, and today's sermon was all about the bible! >___> Ironically, it was also about a lot of christian books, which joe has been suggesting I read. Here are some, Benhur, IDK who the author is, but he was reading the bible to prove that it was false, and became a christian through the process! It's all about this authors expirience. I also want to read The celebration of Discipline, authored by WHO? LOL, I need to google it, something Foster, BRBS, lemme find it, RICHARD, richard foster. There we go, it talks about how discipline and how it dosen't give us Grace, but prepares us to accept it. It kinda spoke to me because I guess I kinda struggle with legalism >__> and what else...OH YEAH, there was this verse about pride found in Job 40:11, it's great. I struggle with a lot of this stuff, but God always seems to give me a way to find it through verse. I was reading Job today, and I read the first 10 chapters without stopping, I just had to find out what happened!! But it got kind of borring as Joe was getting really avid about complaining >___> It's like a discussion, I think it would be fun to read it with 3 friends, and really hear what it would have sounded like. Job really was hit hard by satan, or the accuser as the footnotes say. I found some wierd things in the bible like In gen. 2, it was talking about the tree of life AND the tree of knowledge of good/evil, but God only said not to eat from the tree of knowldege of good/evil. I asked my dad about it, and he said that the tree of knowledge represents sins that we value before God, leading to our death, be it spiritual or physical. IDK, I can't really function I'm tired. Still pray for my small group, I only have 3 members I can think of, goal of 10, and I wanna do a 12 week course... I need advice on how to lead, Joe? PRAYER, prayer prayer prayer. LALALALA. peace to your mothers :P OH, I'm keeping a journal, and I'm going to exchange mine with shalom's at father heart, but I kinda wanna give it to joe too, but joe, you come up a lot, in this journal, LOL, randomly >__> :P and and and and Writing in my journal and in my blog gets redundnat. :P
